Anyone who knows Fifth Avenue in NYC will be amazed by this video. Two-way traffic, parking on both sides of the street with no meters, and an old time cop directing traffic. I am very familiar with this avenue, which is one of the most famous streets in the world. In this video, it doesn't look like it does today, so go back in time and enjoy!
